Book fast track
Phu Quoc airport fast track is a meet-and-assist service for international passengers at PQC, the island's only airport. The service is run by private operators rather than the airport and sold online, for example through Klook.
Fast track shortens the wait at passport control, where often only two or three counters are open and the line grows each time an international flight lands. It does not replace a visa or get your checked bags out any sooner.

How fast track works on arrival
From booking to the arrivals hall on the ground floor.

Book with your flight number
Enter your flight number and the date you land. The voucher arrives within minutes and is valid only on that date.

Find the sign
A staff member waits with your name or the Klook logo, at the aircraft door, the bridge or the terminal, depending on where your plane parks.

Priority lane
Hand over your passport: the staff member helps with the formalities and takes you through the priority lane. A visa stamp fee, if you owe one, is paid to immigration.

Bags and X-ray
Collect your bags and put them through the baggage X-ray, which can take a while. On Premium, staff pick them up at the belt for you.

Through customs to the exit. Duong Dong, the island's main town, is about 10 km away.
When to book fast track at Phu Quoc
Morning and evening peaks
Flights bunch up from 06:00 to 10:00 and from 18:00 to 22:00. Between 10:00 and 16:00 arrivals are spread out and the line moves faster.
December to March
The busiest months, with winter flights from Korea, Russia and Central Asia. When several land together, the line can take 45–90 minutes or more.
Tet and holidays
On 14 February 2026, in the Tet holiday, the airport handled 50 international flights in one day, a record.
Infants and older travellers
Worth it for anyone who finds a long wait on their feet hard. Children under 3 pay half the adult price.
Flying home
In high season, exit passport control alone can take 40–60 minutes, on top of check-in and security.

Phu Quoc Airport has one terminal, with domestic flights on one side and international flights on the other. Arrivals are on the ground floor; check-in and departure passport control are upstairs.

How do I book Phu Quoc airport fast track?
Online, with your flight number and the date you land; on a flight landing after midnight, that is the day after you take off. Standard and Premium must be booked by the day before, Last Minute also on the day itself. Confirmation comes within minutes.
How much does Phu Quoc airport fast track cost?
On arrival, 435,000 VND per person on Standard, 460,000 VND on Last Minute and 742,500 VND on Premium. On departure, 540,000 VND on Standard and 580,000 VND on Last Minute. Children from 3 pay the adult price; under 3, half. Night flights add a small surcharge, paid on the spot.
Is fast track worth the cost at Phu Quoc?
It depends on when you land. Between 10:00 and 16:00 outside the December–March season, the line is often 15–30 minutes, and two adults can do without it. It pays off at the morning and evening peaks, in high season and with small children.
How long is the immigration queue at PQC?
Usually 15–40 minutes, and 45–90 minutes or more when several international flights land together in high season. Often only two or three counters are open.
Do I still need a visa with fast track?
Yes. Fast track shortens the line, not the paperwork, and a visa stamp fee is paid to immigration separately. Any nationality can apply for a Vietnamese e-visa of up to 90 days on the government e-visa site, which also lists who may enter without one.
Does fast track get my luggage out sooner?
No: bags reach the belt at the same time for everyone. On Premium, staff collect them for you and walk you to the exit; with Standard and Last Minute you wait at the belt and pass the baggage X-ray yourself.
Can I book a transfer with it?
Yes, as a package with arrival fast track: a pick-up to Duong Dong costs 647,500 VND per person, and to An Thoi in the south or the VinWonders area in the north more. Private transfers and departure packages with a drop-off are sold too.
What if my plans change?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the service date. The voucher is valid only on the date you booked, so a new date means a new booking.
Can I use the automated gates instead?
Not as a tourist. The automated gates are for Vietnamese citizens; foreigners can use them only with a Vietnamese residence card.
Is there fast track for domestic flights?
Not this one: Phu Quoc airport fast track covers international arrivals and departures only.
